Do you want to overcome your stress? Here are a few things you can do to help!
1.Stay organised. It is soooo much easier to become frustrated when you are disorganised. Try to keep a routine, which will help you to procrastinate less.

2. SLEEP
Seriously, sleep. Your body needs rest, and a time to heal. It is INTEGRAL for brain function, and at lest try to get 6 hours of sleep everyday.

3. Stay active
Exercise can help to relieve stress, and is also essential for a healthy lifestyle. In between sessions, do a few jumping jacks, or even go for a walk.

4. Keep things into perspective.
It is just a test. If you fail, your life will not be over! always remember to try your best. If you give in your best effort, that is good enough.
5. Think Positively
Stressful thinking can also come from negative thoughts. positive thoughts can help you stay calm, and will make things more enjoyable.

There are A TON of other ways you can de-stress. It's just a matter of finding what is right for you!
