The connection with social media

The technology bring many convenient things to us, now we are in the 21st century our phone can help us to do many things, like send messages, watch videos and things like that. It improves our life levels, but at the same time, it also makes people waste their times, especially the social medias. In daily time, my friend includes me always use a long time to check the social medias, like Instagram and Facebook. Maybe some people just said they only check the important and friends' messages, but we never calculate how many hours that we have used.

Over 50% teenagers use about 4 hours to use the internet, they watch videos, talk to friends on phone, and play video games.Then the teenagers waste 4 hours everyday, all the week they waste 28 hours, it equals 1 day and 4 hours. Look at that! So unimaginable. The social medias influence our life every minutes, please try to do the things that can improve ourselves.
