Losing a loved one is a life changing event that is not easy to go through. You need to learn how to coup with it while your in mental pain with what just happened. I was 7 years old when I lost my dad. I am the youngest child but the only man left in my family. Being a young boy losing my father figure from a young age was hard.

A person you loved when they were alive will always have a place in your heart. You need to know that the person who passed is looking down at you, and wanting you to be happy. They are happy to be in a better place and they want you to be happy and enjoy your life. They do not want you to put your life on pause to mourn about them.

Especially if that person is your parent they want you to grow and be strong. They want to carry their legacy and change the world. The ending of their story is a new beginning in yours. Make the beginning a good one and make them happy.

When you have just lost a loved one and you need time alone take it. If you want to talk to someone talk. Don't forget there are other people in your life that will understand what your going through so if you need the help take it.

“Those we love never truly leave us, Harry. There are things that death cannot touch.” ― Jack Thorne
