How to be present

You guys know there are lots of problems happening in our daily lives, making us think about the past and future. So evidently, there are lots of suggestions to help us know how to be present. From my perspective, there are three ways to make us be a present person in our daily life.
Overall, we need to accept when something makes us in a bad mood. Sometimes we may be met with troubles. I know it will bring the negative mood, so we should accept it because it is just a little problem. We should not be influenced by them. Additionally, we do not need to worry about the future and past. We should treat today like it is the most significant day in our life. The future is the future, the past is gone.So please do your best now.
In the end, remain in a good mood. It makes us feel relaxed and not feel uncomfortable.
