Does nothing in your life never go as planned? Do you feel that you are overworking yourself everyday? No problem! Here are 3 things I do to help me keep organized and stress less.
1. Have a planner. Seriously, these things really do help! In the morning, take a few minutes to write down all the things you want to get done during that day. As you get through the day, cross out what you have already done, then you can see what else you have to do. You can also start a bullet journal. This also motivates because you see that you are finished things, plus you can do even more!
2. Stop being LAZY. Stop. For example, as soon as you get home from school, grab a snack, sit down, and get to your homework right away. Do not mindlessly scroll through your instagram, because you think you do it for 5 minutes, then BAM! It turns into 3 hours. If you do things when you are supposed to do them, you will find you have time later to do things you actually want to do.
3. Prepare beforehand. If you are the kind of person who always wakes up late in the morning and rushes, prepare the day before. You can make a simple breakfast, lay out your clothes, and put books in your bag the day before. So the next day, you are already prepared, which saves less time.
By simply making a habit, you can organize yourself, and relax your mind.
