Vehicle Plows Through Pedestrians in Times Square

22 people injured, and one person dead after supposedly intoxicated man drives onto busy sidewalk in New York's Times Square.
The driver was 26-year-old Richard Rojas, a navy veteran who had been previously arrested on at least two occasions for driving while intoxicated. Rojas was taken into custody by Police to be tested for drugs and alcohol.Police said that Rojas drove up the sideway for three blocks before he crashed into a pole.
The incident killed an 18-year-old woman and injured 22 others, including her 13-year-old sister. “He just started running until people tackled him down” said witness Asa Lowe.
