Teen disowned by her father for going to prom with her black friend

Anna and Phillip went to their 2017 prom together. After the dance, both Anna and Phillip shared photos of their night on facebook. Afterwards, Anna said she got these text messages from her father.

People online were horrified and disgusted by what Anna and Phillip had gone through. Some people said the language the father used was unbelievable. “I have legitimately never heard someone, outside of a documentary, refer to a different race as a subhuman. #heartbroken,” said one.
